WEDDING: KIM+ALVIN

Kim and Alvin’s contemporary and romantic wedding is still one of my favourites!

Kim approached me to do her personal flowers, and she had a very clear idea of what she wanted: a vertical bouquet, with no greens and dyed peach Phalaenopsis orchids and simple gypsophila bridesmaids’ bouquets (which I personally love). I fell in love with that description immediately!

My proposal included a few colour combos, and in the end we decided on a muted palette of nudes, white, cream, pink and peach. Ranunculuses, roses, anthuriums, fragrant freesia and matthiola, rice flowers, stabilised ruscus leaves, and gorgeous dyed peach orchids – a clean, yet magical bouquet for the gorgeous bride. And how stunning she is! And not to forget the groom Alvin, who turned out to be Tim’s former schoolmate (what a small world!), wearing a ranunculus-freesia boutonniere in peach.
